Leaves visibility in managers
As a manager, I want to be able to see the leaves of my team members - the same way I see my leaves
Slack Notification to show next 7 days
Instead of showing the leaves starting from today, show the leaves starting from tomorrow. So if I have a schedule to notify me on Friday 10/4, the message should include the range 11/4-17/4.
Display cancelled leave requests in the leave requests list
Show cancelled leave requests within the leave requests section to ensure full visibility of past actions and request history.
Allow leave requests to be forwarded to multiple email recipients
Enable leave requests to be automatically forwarded to multiple email addresses to provide proof and visibility to accounting and administration teams.
Import employees from your Google account
Allowing bulk import of employees by selecting your contacts from your Google account.
Calendar Page - Filter by User
In addition to filtering by location and department, it would be helpful to have a filter by user too
Calendar View - Scroll instead of button "Next"
Scroll right or left can give the user the option to see days/weeks from different months and not strictly view each month seperately
Be able to filter and download specific type leaves
As bespot we have the following leave types: 1. Casual 2. Sick 3. Mental Health 4. Bonus At the end of the month, we only forward the first two types to our accounting office. So instead of downloading all and deleting the rest rows by hand, it would be helpful to have a filter in addition to “status”, “department”, etc
Download file easier
It would be quite helpful for admins to be able to click this icon in “Organization Leaves” and download the file for quick review. Just like the icon you have in “My leaves” and anyone can quickly download their file. Now, if an admin wants to review the files attached - has to export all the leaves.
Type leaves per person
For example, in the case of parental leave. I want to be able to create a leave type which will only appear for specific users.
